Quito's Historic Colonial Quarter

The old town of Quito is a UNESCO world heritage site and during our walking tour, we saw Independence Plaza with its statue commemorating Ecuador's struggle to leave Spanish rule. We also saw the Metropolitan Cathedral. Some Ecuadorian ladies sold us scarves and paintings.Weiterlesen
