Dinner and Dancing in Split

Tonight we had a special dinner to celebrate the birthdays of two of our tour mates. Our restaurant was made of stone and had lamps made from rice paper fashioned into lilies. While Doug tried the octopus followed by sea bass, I had the vegetarian menu with risotto. We were serenaded by two musicians with a guitar and an accordion singing local folk songs and then some North American songs like "Stand by Me" and "New York, New York".
