We have been totally off the grid for the past few days at a NZMCA farm site above Ward Beach. I totally restful and extremely pleasant site. Dolphins played in the small bay this morning for a coupleЧитать далее
We always stay at the racetrack in Blenheim as very handy. Will have to check out Ward Beach next time south too
Путешественникyes Ward Beach is well worth it. And for those with rods in the water there were plenty of fish to be had. if you are on the beach (small stones not sand) when the cray boats come in they will often toss you one!!. you turn east to the beach opposite the gas station in Ward then there is a sharp right turn after a few Kms. The honesty box for camping is near to the farm gate just before driving over the cattle stop. the beach and camp sites is another 2km further on ... go through the gate to your left at the roads end for NZMCA camping.
