Jenny, Myles and I booked an Uber for 4am for a 6am flight to Gold Coast.

Woke up to beautiful blue skies and enjoyed a morning walk to Rainbow Bay and back.

Our drive down the Tweed Valley started with a visit to Husk Distillery. We didn't know what to expect but were blown away by the whole experience.

Our drive continued through the hinterland of The Tweed Valley to Kingscliff for lunch and onto Fingal Head, stopping at Tweed Valley Farmhouse Cheese along the way.
