So...how did I miss that I needed to have a COVID Attestation form to enter Peru BEFORE I checked in? Oh, and that it needs to be electronic? And so ensued a frantic half hour with laptop and cell phone trying to submit a Peruvian form. I kept getting an error message in Spanish. My Spanish is pretty good, but this was a mystery.
