Chile and Argentina 2015

I was worried about arrival into and transit in LAX. But when we arrived there was only one Qantas and one CX plane. SO no crowds, and as we walked down into immigration i popped into the US citizens/ESTA queue, did the kiosk, then also had to go to an officer (kind of defeats the purpose does it not?) and was out in 10-15 mins. And TBIT now looks so different, so modern, They have really done a great job with the renovation. What used to be a horrid airport is now quite the joy. Also tried the FL checkin at T4 AA - had to explain the front door bitch why i was entitled. Experience quick and good - you get accompanied upstairs and to the front of the priority queue and hearded through without waiting.

A couple of shots of my new trusty backpack (in front of my ride to SCL and with trhe tarmac in the background) - i'm really liking it - although it has so many pockets and i'm still not used to it I end up having to open every pocket before i find what i am looking for.Baca selengkapnya
