Arrived in Phuket!

Plane attempted to land twice in Phuket which freaked both myself and Matt out (having watched the recent documentary on the missing Malaysian airlines plane..).

Arrived at 8.30am into Phuket, Thailand and caught the bright orange Airport Transporter to Phuket town. Currently staying at Tee Dee Pak hotel which is very close to the Old town Phuket and around the corner from a delicious Hokkien noodle food stand. Went for a wander after having a bit of down time in the hotel. The old town is full of old colourful, colonial buildings. Being such a hot day (30+ degrees C) we had to come back to the hotel after a short while out in town. We did rehydrate with a coconut each though!Read more
