Bangkok Day 2 - Nightime Shenanigans

Muay Thai fight? YES please. Give me a beer, popcorn and competition and I’m one happy lass. Went to see Muay Thai at the oldest Muay Thai stadium. Very entertaining, and highly recommend!

From there we traveled outskirts of Bangkok to what is called the Train Market. Food, shops and vintage cars for what seemed like forever long! Snagged some high quality shirts, shorts and skort (yes you read that right) for $14 total.

Then by the grace of God… we made it safely back to the hotel. This safety officer was not pleased with our Grab’s (Thailand’s version of an Uber) driving on the way home. SO many safety violations, including a 1/5th of Vodka that she very proudly showed us in route. Mike said it wasn’t opened but I think she had a few pulls before we entered. But she offered Mike some bananas as good luck for the New Year, so we wish her well! 😂Read more
