    A city where religion, culture and people meet.

    We went in February, luckily the sun was shining and the snow hadn’t melted away yet. We visited Ani, Lake Cildir and Bogatepe Village, where the Kars Gruyere cheese originally is made. Such different but exually amazing impressions!

    For eating Düsler Sokagi and Kars Kaz Evi were both great and tastefull. Later in the evening we went to Kale Cafe to listen to live music and have some tea :)

    The trip home with the Eastern Express went by too quick. It takes 24 hours but while enjoying the view, taking pictures, peaking with neighbours and eating cag kebabi in Erzurum, you suddenly realise that you’ve reached the end destination. That’s including the 1,5 hours delay we had.
