Arrived in Puerto Jimenez

Full day travelling from Dominical to Puerto Jimenez.

Puerto Jimenez is on the Osa peninsula and is the gateway to Corcovado National Park. Unfortunately, Corcovado is shut in the rainy season but there is still lots to see.

Spending tomorrow with a local guide to see great wildlife. Fingers crossed for tapir, and maybe if we are incredibly lucky, jaguar.

Journey here was a long bus ride followed by a taxi driver who introduced himself as Tony the Tiger. Threw our stuff in the flat bed of his truck and then drove us into town.
