Rin collected us from our hotel and took us to explore the local fresh market. He gathered the ingredients we needed before taking us to his home to cook

We arrived at Rin's home where we were greeted by his wife, sister and son (and the family dogs!) the whole family helped us to prepare and cook Thai food including spring rolls, papaya salad, padLue lisää

Fortunately our hotel has a pool... unfortunately we didn't have any swimmers or spare clothes in our carry on bags. A trip to the mall adjoining the hotel just about solved that.
