Day 1-3

Mar 14-15:
We arrived at Heathrow shortly after 11am, and made our way to the hotel. Because this trip was a surprise, we had to be very careful in the hotel because Chris and Nicole were staying there as well. The proposal went off without a hitch (a few close calls though), we got some great pictures and she said yes! Dayna and I then raced to the restaurant to get settled for our surprise before they arrived. We had a great night out in London, and we're excited to see some of the sights the next day.

Mar 16:
Big day of sightseeing in London. Below is a list of all the major places we saw/visited
- Buckingham Palace
- St James' Park
- Trafalgar Square
- National Gallery
- 10 Downing
- Palace of Westminster
- Big Ben
- London Eye
- St Paul's Cathedral
- Tate Modern
- Shakespeare's Globe Theatre
We really enjoyed the collection of art at the National Gallery, and seeing the rest of the attractions was an amazing experience. The city has so much to offer and we just barely scratched the surface.Read more
