Champeix

After an enjoyable drive over the mountains and nearly getting stuck in a tiny village we ended up in an Aire in Champeix. The Aire is right next to some great trails so the next day we went on a lovely hike to a mountain village with a old chateau overlooking the valley . By chance as we were following a circular trail when we came upon what looked like some kind of abandoned Hobbit village.
