El Pinet

Our next stop took us to a campsite Aire in the lovely village of El Pinet. This is without doubt the best paid parkup we have had since we left the UK. Its run by a Dutch couple who have thought of everything a motorhomer would require. There is super clean showers and a laundry room outside pool to cool yourself down, a great bar area and water on your pitch. All for 13euros plus any electric you use. The resort itself has a nature reserve with pink flamingos, and a long sandy beach with a couple of bars. We went for a swim both days and we did a 12 mile hike to the next resort and back.
