This was certainly our shortest European trip, but we had points to burn and a travel itch to scratch. I think it's the only overseas trip that hasn't involved a Chinese food fix! We did, however, grab some Italian food today. Our flight tomorrow is from Milan so today we flew Ryanair to Malpensa and caught the local train up to Arona to catch a glimpse of Lake Maggiore outside of winter. We'll be back at the Lakes this winter. Until then...home, James.Read more
