    We did a tapas food tour today with Charo. Initially we thought Charo was a bit like a school teacher, but we soon realised that she was a larger than life figure who seemed to know everyone in town and had a firm, fixed opinion on everything...or as Lara put it, she out-Oma'd Oma. It was a fantastic tour of Cadiz as well as an opportunity to sample all sorts of dishes. The highlight was pork slices, wrapped around breadsticks accompanied by sherry.Read more
