Rumi Mausoleum

As I mentioned before, I was always a huge fan of Rumi. His philosophy and poetry have moved me. Some of his greatest life lessons are penned in beautiful short verses:

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."

“If you are irritated by every rub, how will your mirror be polished?”

“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?”

Konya is the place where Rumi lived and worked. His mausoleum is beautiful in every possible way. As you walk inside, you will find peace almost instantaneously. You also find Rumi's own handwritten work well preserved.Читать далее
