Loch Torridon

Dinner tonight, sea bass on wild mushroom risotto, & rhubarb, apple & elderflower crumble with ice cream. No picture because we ate it before we thought about it. Every dinner followed by Scottish cheeses and biscuits (after dessert!) and with lots of red and/or white wine. Lots of conversation. Ten passengers if which two Americans. Can always find subjects to talk about, music, art, history, travels, nothing to cause arguments.Read more
