    Just got some Stitch

    So we woke up at 12:00 again and went to have some dumplings for lunch. After lunch we went on a big walk to a weird building and I don't know what it's called. (KL Tower). Anyway after that we went to have a look at a little nature park and it was expensive to go there so we didn't go but then it started raining so lucky we didn't end up going there. We got an Uber to the biggest shopping centre in Malaysia. I think it's the biggest I don't know that's what Grinch told me and anyway we got there and I saw a miso and there was so much stitch I nearly died so of course I got some stitch as you can see. After we went shopping we came back to the hotel for a rest and I decided to show everyone my stitch stuff. After that we went to the market again and Dad saw his favourite YouTuber Chris travels and I think I'm on a YouTube channel cause we talked to him and he was filming. After that we got some jelly balls and I did not like the green ones.Meer informatie

    KL to KK

    The last couple of days we have moved from KL to KK, which is Kota Kinabalu in Borneo.
    Me and mother went shopping yesterday because the boys left to climb Mt Kinabalu. My last words to them were 'I love you'
    We went to a shopping centre 10 times bigger than Darwin. I loved Sephora but mum thought it was horrendous because it is so expensive. We went for sushi, some delicious soba noodles and egg sushi.
    We had a girls movie night and we watched Sing 2 and ate some yummy unhealthy food and stayed up to 12 midnight. And I had a sugar rush and mum told me to calm down.
    The next day we did some skin care and went and had sushi again! The weather was rainy rainy rainy! All day rainy...
    I spoke to Grinchy on the mountain. He was out of breath and brother was asleep. They come back tomorrow, I am so excited to see them- but I am sure they will stink.
    I have to take 2 Malaria tablets every day in Borneo so we don't die from mosquito. Best to drink with a yummy drink. Not water, that makes it taste gross. Best with a McDonald's drink or a Starbuck drink. brother needs to take 3 a day. Poor brother.
    Tonight it is still rainy, but a little better. We walked to the KK waterfront and had a curry. Then we went to the night food markets which was stinky. It smelt like rotten fish dumped in dead rat. I could smell the disgusting stinky Durian. I will not be trying this. I give the markets 3/10. A man tried to sell me a crab, and I am allergic!. Crab crab crab everywhere you go.    Meer informatie

    What a fun day!

    We woke up and went to McDonald's and on the way the sewers were pretty stinky. I did not like the smell. Anyway I had some hot cakes and me and Mum shared a mango peach drink and it is amazing. I took a malaria tablet I could only take one cuz we run out but the boys came back and I took my second one later.
    We went to a mosque and took some pictures- it was reflective in the water. It was a beautiful building. After we went shopping and I looked at Sephora but I didn't get anything. but I did get stitch stuff! We had some sushi and we got the beef and rice with some very yummy sauce that I loved.
    We went back to the hotel and had a swim and after that the boys came back and I was really excited to see them. Wow did they stink! We all had a rest and then went to dinner at the waterfront and had some butter chicken. We went to the markets which I did not like at all but I did get some of my favourite lollies. We went back to the hotel for a rest and went to bed because we had a plane to catch in the morning.    Meer informatie

    A hectic hike, a hectic day!

    We woke up, hopped on a plane and flew to Sandakan. The plane ride was so quick that we didn't even have time to put the window shades down!
    Our first stop was a hike at the Rainforest Discovery Centre, down the road from us. Brother complained a few times- maybe he had sore legs from yesterday. I like the suspended Bridge- I wasn't scared, mum was! We walked past this monkey called a pig tail macaqau, he came at us and Frog had a stick and put it up to his shoulder and went boom boom. The monkey looked confused. I stood behind eating my icecream.
    The rainforest was beautiful and the big trees made me look like an ant.
    We spent the afternoon at the orangutan habitat. They were so cute and I wanted to cuddle them. I wish they would squeeze and cuddle me. I saw lots of monkeys as well, and a tiny monkey about 5 inches tall was bullying a big mumma orangutan with a baby. It wouldn't let it eat. But then the monkey got on the rope and the mumma swung the rope and the Little monkey fell off - karma!

    What an adventure!

    We did some school work at breakfast. We were collected by our driver and went to the Probiscus Monkey Centre. A probiscus monkey has a long nose, long fangs, big kangaroo hands and feet and they can jump high with their hands and arms to the side. The babies also have long noses. Their noses are definitely longer than mine! The girls noses are shorter because they don't tell as many lies as the boys!. When we were there they came running on the platform and were cheeky. I think 2 were called Sam and Steve.
    After the probiscus we had lunch and then drove to our yacht cruise, which was not really a cruise - it was a little fibreglass boat. I was expecting a big cruise ship with a waterslide!.
    We saw a massive crocodile in the water swimming and attacking a crab pot- I think I nearly pooped my pants I was so scared. We also saw heaps of wild monkeys, and a silver leaf monkey with an orange baby. When the baby is 6 months it changes colour to grey.    Meer informatie

    A monkey temple.

    Today we went to Batu caves, it has lots of colourful steps and monkeys everywhere, I even saw a monkey try reaching into someone's purse 👜 it was very funny. It was the biggest cave I have ever been in. We caught a train to Little India where we had lunch in the nice aircon. In the afternoon we had like a two hour swim and it was so fun. At night we caught the monorail to the Petronas towers and we watched the fountain light show. After that we went into the shopping centre next to it and had some yummy bullet train sushi. It was a really fun day it the end and it was so busy. Then we came home and hopped into bed because it was like 11:30Meer informatie

    Michelin stars all day!

    We walked to our special lunch spot which was a Michelin star street food restaurant. We had to wait like 2 hours for our food. But it was all worth it. We ate some scrumptious pork and some yummy chicken. When I put it in my mouth all the flavours just melted on my tongue. The best pork I've ever had but I've had better chicken. There was like 100 other people there. I give it a 4.9 out of 5.
    Then we went to a theme park. Brother and I were so excited. Dad said he wasn't excited but he really was. He went on the roller coaster so many times. I couldn't go on some of the rides because I was too short even though I tried to con them by standing on my tippy toes. I played with a girl called Harper and she comes from Thailand. When we go to Phuket we are going to meet her and her dad is going to take us on a sailing boat. If it's only a two meter boat and there's a four meter croc I'm screwed!
    At the end of our theme park day my legs were not working properly. I could hardly feel them let alone walk.
    After our delicious dinner which was sitting next to cockroaches and rats the size of guinea pigs on the side of the road, Grinch and I stayed out for an hour or two by ourselves and I had a fun ice cream.    Meer informatie

    Swimming with the sharks

    I was excited about going to the aquarium today, but there were heaps of school kids and they had too much energy!
    I saw heaps of interesting fish and I really liked going through the big tunnel. I got to have a sit down too on the moving walkway- and I needed that. I saw a turtle and sharks and an eel dancing his way around the tank. He was dancing in the spotlight!
    I liked the river monster fish - they were bigger than me!
    So we are definitely bringing home an otter, the turtle, the sea horses and the meerkats.

    Sushi train for lunch! I could live off sushi, and maybe some tacos too.
    At night we went to a Chinese Temple. It was interesting and there were lots of lanterns, but some were not working. I liked the temple.
    Another Michelin star meal- not really for me though. A little spicy and the clams were disgusting. They tasted like arghhhh! I did like the glass noodles though. I found a scrumptious waffle with ice-cream and mango, and everyone else wanted to eat it!
    Not too much fighting with brother today. Maybe a 7 out of 10 today for our adventures.    Meer informatie

    Crocs with socks!

    We had a split day and I spent the day with Mum. Not our regular girls day out like Casuarina- Gucci, Channel, LV, Dior - just to name a few!
    The Pavilion was like a hundred billion Casuarina shops put together. It was huge!
    We had sushi for lunch and a robot delivered all our yummy delicious food.
    I was so lucky. I got a new shirt that says "get money first, fall in love later" . I also got some really cute crocs - ladies size now. They are platforms. And I also got some pink Barbie heels that are very high. We went home for a rest and mummy got a bit sick.
    It was an amazing day. Shopping in Malaysia is so fun- there are so many shops!    Meer informatie

    NINJA!

    We decided to do a ninja course today- it was epic! It was extremely fun and I got scared at some of the obstacles because I didn't want to fall. I loved riding the bike across the rope and the skateboard.
    I wish there was one in Darwin!
    After that we caught a train and a monorail out for another Michelin star lunch. OMG...we had to walk through the dead rat market- the smell was horrocious! That's a new word that means so so stinky. No my favourite Michelin star but still pretty good. It might have been a little burnt?
    After din din we got an icecream that was 30cm! I have never had anything like that- better get another one soon!    Meer informatie

    Kitty kitty come here!

    Me, mumma and brother went to the park this morning. We went swimming and played tip in the playground. I loved running around outside.
    Of course we had sushi for lunch- can't get enough of that!
    And then we did the best thing in the world's history....a CAT CAFE! I was about to die I was so excited. We played with cats and fed them and cuddled them. Some of them were greedy, but still cute. When I grow up I am going to run a cat cafe with Florrie. I also saw a sphinx which I love. Still trying to convince mum to get one . We played at a jungle gym for the afternoon for hours and the day was scrumptious!Meer informatie

    Jumping Chicken

    I've missed a few days of posting on Penguins because I am sick of doing school work! I will talk about the all you can eat buffet though! We decided to go one night and eat ourselves silly. I didn't like some of the foods, I didn't like the lamb chops or the crabs. I did like the icecream and the waffles covered in chocolate. All I know is that we stuffed ourselves. When we walked home we saw a girl pop group filming a video. I got a photo with them, who knows who they actually were but it was fun to see them.
    I've been going to the gym, and I've been doing some cardio. I have improved a lot. I can squat 7.5kg. After the gym we go hop in the pool for a warm down. It relaxes our muscles after the workout.
    I tried a roti and dhal, and it was amazing. I am going to start eating this more often. On my last night I asked for 'jumping chicken' aka FROG! It was ok, it was different from the first time. It tasted different cause I knew it was frog! But when mum and dad said it was chicken the first time I really liked it.
    The best part of KL was the Cat Cafe and the theme park and the shopping centres. I loved shopping! My favourite things that I bought are my new shoes. 3 pairs of shoes, which is more than I owned before I left home.    Meer informatie

    MMMMM Melaka!

    We got a hire car today. The aircon was ok, but it wasn't fancy. We drove to Melaka. DUA hours, which means 2 hours.
    Our house in Melaka- I wasn't so thrilled because it was an old area. Our house is odd, weird, small and creepy. A 3.5 star rating for me. The bathroom is quite wild. Dad said there is a bum gun so it's good. It's called Jonker House.
    Melaka is good so far- we saw some epic super cars. Let's swap our hire car!
    In Melaka they have rickshaws which can be described as very very cute! They are all decorated and dad will definitely be coming in one with me!    Meer informatie

    Finally a Koromi bike ride

    We had roti canai for breakfast which was pretty good, but not as good as the ones in KL! I am learning to love all the curries we are trying but when we get back to Darwin I will probably feel like some pancakes!
    We walked around town and found JD Sports. I looked around until I spotted some really cool shoes. They are called Jordan 4 Olives and they are rare to come across. When I saw them I loved them and needed them. So mumma bought them for me.
    I was knackered from all my shopping so I needed to rest in the afternoon.
    At night time the place came alive and the night markets were hectic. There were too many people for me. Lots of pushing and shoving to get around. Dad and me went out later in the night and got a sneaky BIG icecream. Dad had some dumplings that he is obsessed with, they were spicy 🔥. He tried one and said argh arghh. I made sure he was ok and had to help him up the stairs then.
    On our next day in Melaka we had more roti which was the bomb! We walked and walked forever to a Mosque. I was very grumpy, annoyed, hot, sweaty and bothered because it was so hot- Like 50 degrees!
    The Mosque looked pretty cool I guess. I think a Mosque is where religious people do religious things. Had to get a Grab car home. My legs loved sitting in the car.
    Tonight we went to our favourite restaurant for curry. We then went on a Koromi bike ride! I have been so so looking forward to it. I was so happy and I couldn't stop laughing.

    The need for speed

    We hopped in the car and went broom broom broom all the way to Sepang. We went to watch Jack Miller race his motorbike. When it started he fell off his bike and his head hit another bike and he might have been ridden over. I was in disbelief and I bet his mum was scared and sad. His dad would have been worried. The ambulance rushed over and I was nervous watching him. Everyone cheered when they took him away because he was brave The other 2 riders walked away ok, but one couldn't ride. I think they were more cautious when they started the race again.
    I would never be a motorbike rider- too scary. I would need Grinchy to hold onto me.
    After the race we walked on the track and saw Jack Miller's shed. He is number 43 and he has the flag in his number.
    I liked going today, it was really really fun. We had to walk back to the car- maybe 3km. I was so tired but I was wearing my Jordan's so I was ok.
    Motor bike racing is scary and brother is never allowed to do it.    Meer informatie

    Doggies wear diapers!

    We had to drive all the way from Sepang to Penang and it took nearly 8 hours. It was a scary drive and we saw 10 crashes because they are drongo drivers. I thought George Town was cool when we arrived. The hotel was nice but the shower was over the toilet. Are they mad! Frog got really crook after dinner- not fun.
    The next day in the morning Frog was still sick so I stayed at the hotel and looked after my poor baby brother and made sure he drank some water. I was his body guard.
    We went to have some duck for lunch. I had pork instead and it was amazing. We did have to line up for 20mins. Gross seeing the ducks hanging by their heads in the window. Mum and dad thought they were delicious! I won't be trying duck thank you.
    We went to an awesome cafe after lunch. Dad didn't want to come in- don't know why! There was reptiles and hundreds of sausage dogs!!!! There was a 2 month old puppy that was adorable. The dogs had nappies on so they don't pee on the floor. One dog came over to me, lifted it's leg and tried to pee on me but the nappy worked.
    We played and gave them cuddles. I made a friend called Marvel. It was the best cafe on earth. Delicious drinks too!. There was a big lizard that was bright orange which was beautiful.
    After the cafe we had to go home because brother was so sick still. He fell asleep at 2pm and didn't wake up until the next morning.    Meer informatie

    What a ride!

    Today it was my brother's birthday- he turned 12 so now he is an adult when we buy plane tickets. We gave him an extra large green slushie to help him. For his birthday we went to Escape Park. I felt in shock and disbelief when we arrived because it was so cool. We went on the high ropes, zip line, we did the world's longest waterslide, acrobatics. I went in a swing that was so high it gave me a headache. The last zip line of the day was not so fun. We got stuck and I was scared. We had to swing back and forward really intensively to get going. Oh my god, I didn't just enjoy the day, I adored it. Best place I have ever been. A 10/10 for today!Meer informatie

    I pooped my pants!

    We caught a flight to Langkawi this morning- probably only 17 mins! We couldn't check into the hotel when we got here so we went exploring. And guess where exploring led us to... getting a Grab car to the cable cars! Well I did not enjoy them too much because they were 1000m in the air! And the floor on the cable car was made of glass! Going up made me feel so scared, and then I saw a monkey jump on a lady and steal her corn, so really no good! At the very top Grinch had to give me a pep talk because I was crying it was so high. We walked out on a sky bridge which was so dangerous because there is no net under it to catch me if I fall and I don't think a helicopter would make it in time! The bridge was horrifyingly high! When you stopped walking on it, it was shaking! Florrie would only make it to the first platform and poop her dress it's so scary. And Pappy would make it 5m up and demand to go down!
    When we got back to the bottom we saw monkeys. I don't want to talk about them.
    Frog and I swam in the pool and the beach for the afternoon.    Meer informatie

    Going on a jet ski ride

    We woke up, and went for roti canai for breakfast. We went to the beach and went on a jet ski! I was excited! It was really big and daddy drove to start with. Being in the back was fun and we went so fast. I had to wear a life jacket in case we fell off.
    Our first stop was pregnant lady island - it's called this because the mountain looks like a lady with a belly. We went for a swim in a fresh water lake and maybe it's about 10m deep. It was great and we all jumped into the lake.
    I also got to ride the jetski too! I went 65km an hour. I was doing it all myself and dad was telling me to slow down- I slowed down a bit but then went back up again. I thought the day was fun because it was my first time driving. I think dad would be fastest than mum but I would be the fastest in the family. I want to jet ski again! I think one would cost about $20000 but I want to buy lots of them to share with my friends.
    Langkawi is really epic and I like staying here. I hope I can come back one day.    Meer informatie

    The big Banana

    We had a big sleep in because we have been getting up early the last few days. I don't think I will be able to get up for school when I get back so I might just go in at 10am from now on!
    Down on the beach I wanted to go on the banana boat. Grinch told me that if I want to go on one I had to walk up the beach and talk to the people selling rides and get the information like a detective. So that's just what I did! And I found out that the cheapest place was where we did our jetski. It cost 90 ringgit which is about $30.
    The first ride was a bit disappointing because they used a boat which goes too slow. To fix the problem we went back to the man and said "well that was boring and we are not happy". So they gave us another ride using a jet ski and it went so fast. It was so fun.
    We chilled in the afternoon.
    Langkawi gets a 10/10 because of itd beautiful beach, the activities we did and the food. Good job Langkawi.    Meer informatie

    Very hot Hot Pot 🥢🥘🍙

    This is my final post for Malaysia. We spent our last day shopping and I got some really cute clothes. I thought the shopping centre was great.
    I picked the clams out of the soup one night and fed them to brother. Clams are disgusting so I will never be eating them again.
    My favourite food in Malaysia was the hot pot on the last night. I loved the meat but hell no for vegetables though!
    I learnt to love roti canai in Malaysia and I think I can make it when we get home. Roti bread dipped in dhal is delicious!
    I loved Langkawi the most in Malaysia. I loved the beach and jet skiing and it was a cute island.
    I really enjoyed Malaysia. We did lots of really different things and the people were always really nice.
    We left Malaysia and have now started our journey in Thailand. We are in Phuket tonight. It was crazy and overwhelming walking down the street tonight. I saw scorpions on a stick for people to eat. Disgusting and I will NOT ever eat them.    Meer informatie

    Kitty Kitty Island

    We took the speed boat to Phi Phi and the boat was very crowded. Grinch was not happy because he had no room. When we got to Phi Phi I liked it because the water at the beach was so clear.
    We walked up to our hotel but it wasn't just a hotel, it was a villa with a private pool!. It was very nice but it had lots of chlorine. I swam in it so many times. The villa was nice and the shower was warm and it had a free mini bar- but it had no beers. We swam in the pool and the beach a lot on the first day.
    On the second day we went snorkelling out to the islands. We took a banana shaped boat with a car motor boat . I thought it was crazy- a car motor in a boat! What!
    It was so pretty and I want to live here forever.
    There were so many cats on Phi Phi Island. It should be called cat Island. I played with a cat that I called Chase. It was wearing a cat coat.
    I loved swimming on Phi Phi Island because the water was clear and you could see so many fish.
    On our last night we got a surprise because there was a big festival called Loy Krathong. It was where people released flowers and candles into the water to get rid of all your bad luck. We haven't had bad luck but maybe it was to get rid of me and brother fighting. My wish when I let my flowers go was to get a cat.
    I loved having mango smoothies and I had a bloody big T-bone one night. It was scrumptious.
    Being in Phi Phi was fun and my favourite thing was snorkelling. The mask was kind of uncomfortable so lucky I had my own goggles.
    I would love to go back to Phi Phi one day. I would take my friends and I would stay in a cliff private villa. Probably cost $1000. I would have to take Florrie too so she can play with the cats with me.
    I give Phi Phi a 9.9 out of 10. I was sad to leave Phi Phi today.
    We came back to Phuket. We are staying at Karon beach. I hope there are no Karen's at Karon Beach!
    I made some friends today at our hotel. There are also amazing water slides at the hotel    Meer informatie

    My drive, my day! 😎

    We had to wake up at 6.20 in the morning and I attempted to have breakfast but it was way too early. Our car arrived to collect us and we drove for 1 hour (felt like 1.5 hours) to the other side of Phuket to the pier.
    And we went Jet skiing!!!! We went for 4 hours and stopped at 6 different islands and beaches. I did lots of driving and went top speed fast. My favourite island was the last island that had super soft sand, as soft as a pillow. The water was not super crystal clear but it sure wasn't murky. We dropped my favourite headband into the water and daddy was too slow to get it. But probably a mermaid is now wearing it, so that's ok.
    I love jet skiing but I get a little scared when dad goes full speed and I think we might tip, but we never do!
    Also, the first stop was to an island full of bloody macaque monkeys. I didn't even go near it
    After the epic jet ski we finished the day with a swim in the pool and a delicious Thai stir-fry for dinner. Today is our last day in Phuket. I have enjoyed my time very much but no shopping centre?????    Meer informatie

    Tem Buddha

    I called my post Tem Buddha because it is a combination of Temples and Buddha and we saw lots of these!
    We are in Bangkok which is the capital of Thailand. We are staying in China Town and staying in a cute little house.
    We went to the Grand Palace on the ferry. Grinch had to buy some long pants for the temple but he wouldn't buy the ones with elephants on them! The temples were really big, maybe a hundred acres. It was really pretty with all the gold. I could see inside the windows of the palace and all the fancy stuff. There were so many people there though which was annoying. Whenever I wanted to take a photo they were always in the road. I told a few to bugger off.
    Walking around was very hot but it was worth it seeing these special temples.
    Sitting upstairs of the ferry was fun. We got to see lots of things at the side of the river.
    We also went to markets and I got a few Stitch things. There was very yummy food there- more roast pork and yummy macaroons. We also tried some Thai desserts but they were a bit weird.
    It was a really big day and I was really tired at the end of the day.
    Yesterday we caught the train to a shopping centre. We had bbq all you can eat and it was the best. We ate lots and lots of steak.
    Grinchy took me and Frog to Bounce which is a trampoline park. It was very fun and jumped for an hour. Mummy and I then went shopping at Sephora!!! I love shopping there- it is a bit expensive but I love looking.
    We have had a few big days in Bangkok and I am feeling a bit tired.    Meer informatie

    Brother ate a cricket!

    We caught a tuk tuk to Khaosan Road. Grinch could hardly fit in the tuk tuk and he was squished in! I thought Khaosan was cool with all the maket stalls. I got my nails done which was a bit of fun. We just wandered around for a few hours, dad had a couple hundred beers and mum ate more pad Thai noodles. 🙄
    We got a little present for Pappy and Florrie, but I will keep that a secret. Brother got some boxing shorts for him and Matty- they will probably have a match out the front when we get home.
    The next day was a big trip to Chatachuk markets. Wow they are big. I am a professional shopper and it was even big for me. I did get a new tin lunch box. But the most exciting thing I got was new Stitch pyjamas! I love them!!!!
    I saw some hamsters that were cute too. I can't have them in Australia so guess will have to move here.
    I loved Bangkok because everyone was so friendly. We saw some really great places and my favourite was definitely Phi Phi. I loved the snorkelling.    Meer informatie
