Cana

We visited The Sanctuary of our lord’s first miracle, which was the place where he turned water in to wine at the Wedding of Cana. The married couples in our pilgrimage group renewed their vows here. We also saw some first century ruins which the church was built on which they believe are the ruins of first century Cana. Have a look at how big the wine jars were! One of these jars can hold 25 gallons which is approximately 100 litres. At the wedding they had 6 of these jars.Leia mais
