    Sälen Chronicles: Mats, Me, and the Wine Life 🍷❄️

    Picture this: After some cozy wine-sipping in Mats little wine cellar (yes, we’re that fancy 💁‍♀️🍷), Mats and I decided to take on the snowy adventure to Högis. But let’s be real—what’s a walk without a winestop? Enter Apetito—aka my new favorite place on Earth. 🌍❤️

    We’re trudging through the snow like two determined wine enthusiasts 🥾❄️, and then we see it: this magical door. Inside? HEAVEN. An open fire crackling away, soft candlelight flickering, a mini wine cellar and a view of the chefs doing their thing in the kitchen. 🍷🔥👩‍🍳 It’s cozy, it’s charming, and it’s basically the dictionary definition of #Goals.

    So what did we do? We ordered wine (duh) 🍷 and a glorious platter of cheese. 🧀 And there we were—just sitting, talking, laughing, and soaking in every single moment of this perfection. No phones (except for maybe one or two pics 📸), no stress, just us and the vibes. 🥰✨🍷❤️

    Sälen Chronicles Part 2: From Wine to Piano Magic 🎹🍷❄️

    So the snowy walk didn’t end at Apetito (although trust me, I could’ve stayed there forever with that wine and cheese 🧀🍷). Nope, Mats and I kept the adventure going—all the way to Högis for the legendary piano bar. 🎶✨

    And let me tell you, the second we walked in and heard CM playing, I melted. 🫠 Like, seriously, this man doesn’t just sing and play the piano; he’s basically an angel in human form. 🎹👼 Add to that his charm? Let’s just say he’s stolen a tiny piece of my heart. (Mats, don’t worry—you're still my number one! ❤️😂).

    There we were—standing by the piano, wine in hand (of course 🍷), singing along with CM. Honestly, it doesn’t get better than this. Who even needs skiing when you have a late-night pianobar, good company, and the best music vibes? 🎤🎶 Mats and I were living our best Sälen lives, belting out every song like we were auditioning for The Voice. 😂

    OMG, Sälen Adventures! 🍷🍝✨

    So babe and I decided to escape to Sälen for some cozy cabin vibes and a bit of “responsible adulting” (aka fixing stuff in the cabin 🛠️🪵). Of course, we couldn't just work without indulging a little… or a lot. Enter: the most adorable Italian restaurant ever. 🥰🇮🇹

    We’d actually stopped by the night before for a glass of wine (because priorities 🍷) and some cheese, and instantly fell in love with the cozy vibes and veeery good wine selection. But then, plot twist—dinner was over! Tragic, right?! 😭 #LetMeEatPasta

    So naturally, we made it our mission to come back for lunch. I mean, who doesn’t love Italian food? 🍕🍝 It was chef’s kiss perfection—think warm, cozy, rustic, and the kind of food that makes you close your eyes when you take the first bite. 😌✨ The wine? Still A+. The vibes? Immaculate.

    Now we’re officially plotting how to move in or, you know, maybe just eat there every single day forever. 🏠🍷 #DreamBig
