flight to Chiang Mai

Left too late to the airport. Taxi driver drove on the highway and really fast to get us to the airport quickly. We made it there at 5:05 pm and our flight left at 5:20 pm. We missed it.
So, we got the next flight at 6:40 pm and had to pay 500 Baht each. 👍 for 2$ insurance!
When we boarded we were pleasantly surprised with Emergency row seats!
