A lovely introduction to yum cha at the Star Capital Seafood Restaurant, Chatswood. It was a pleasure and another adventure sitting down with Brian, Suzie AND Elsie alongside members of Brian's family. After grace was said by Aunty Anne in which Clare was once again remembered and so with us in our thoughts. These are lovely people to share a meal with and Patrick was invaluable for his knowledge and helping us navigate the food in front of us. We should indeed give thanks.
