Day 6. Lazy London Day

A lovely lay in, the first for my holidays!! Breakfast in the hotel and off I go. Took the tube (underground train) to the national gallery to see some amazing paintings! The off to my favourite shopping store "Primark" to finally get some clothes that are my hiking gear, hours later and lunch too, finally hands full of supplies I ventured to the rest of the shopping street, Oxford street, I've missed this place. Now a chilled night, dinner in bed a hot shower and some rest. Lots to do tomorrow.Read more

Day 5. Off to London!

After an amazing time in Paris, it's time to say goodbye and head off to London. For something different I'm taking the train (Eurostar) wow it was cool, very fast and super comfy the train station is huge. But French and British immigration in the station so technically sitting in Brittan borders in France 🤔Read more

Ok so we couldn't go to Paris without visiting the Lourve or climbing the Eiffel Tower oh & we did and finished our Paris trip with a the perfect dinner....French onion soup, pasta/steak, dessert/coffee and champagne...... only half a day to go now and the on the Eurostar to London 😁

Day 3. Just a casual coffee n shops

Just a nice lazy Saturday. Visted Notre-Dame today and had coffee in the sun. Followed by along stroll to through the old shopping arcades and finished with lunch/dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe of course.Read more

Day 2. Ah Disneyland, yes Disneyland

That's right, how could I not! I've never been to Disneyland, just a big kid really. Had a beautiful day and of course had to buy the all important ears!

Day 1. Paris in 14 hours

Didn't think we'd have the energy or the feet left to see Paris but we did. After safely navigating the metro rail system and night, a hot shower (fresh towels to dry) and a good night's sleep in a bed with actual sheets, we were off.

We've seen everything! (Not the full list of course) The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Arc de Triomphe (yes we climbed it), Avenue des Champs-Elysees (Where we walked along and stopped for crêpes) & finished the day with a beautiful cruise up the river before the rain hit and we needed to run back to the train home.
