Around Fairbanks

We drove to downtown Fairbanks for a look around. This is a lesson learned, downtown USA doesn’t have shops, there was nothing so we drove on to the supermarket and got a few extras for dinner.

We then drove to the Museum of the North at the university of Alaska Fairbanks. There were a few eclectic exhibits.

When we left we pulled in and had a potential view of Denali but we couldn’t be sure.

We went back to the campground and had lunch sitting in the sunshine. As it was such a beautiful afternoon we decided to relax in the sunshine for the rest of the day.Read more
