Moulin Rouge

Moulin Rouge tonight… Ava and I arrived and as we stood there we got offered to join the VIP room… ahhh Yes please. Private room, drinks, your own bathroom (this is exciting because the line up at theatres during intermission Nightmare!)
Moulin Rouge certainly did not disappoint: it was an incredible performance, costumes and evening to certainly remember.
The theatre The Al Hirschfeld history, decor and art is out of this world. In fact Al was a caricature artist, especially known for his drawings appearing in The New York Times, portraying show-business personalities. But what was awesome about his work was hiding his daughter’s Nina's name, written in capital letters ("NINA"), Her name would appear in a sleeve, in a hairdo, or somewhere in the background.
