Linz 10th August 2017.
Sailed all night and arrived in Linz this morning. Busy day today. Got the bus to Linz then had a special treat and got on the original restored royal train from Linz to Salzburg. All the carriages were different colours... very royal looking.We had gold carriage of course and very appropriately had Princess Elizabeth's picture at our table. Spent a couple of hours exploring the town of Salzburg...home of Mozart and the ^Sound of Music^. Had a great fortress on the hill called the Hohensalzburg Fortress.
