Germany / Bamberg

13th August 2017.
Last night we left Nuremberg and sailed to Bamberg. It's raining and we are staying here only till lunchtime so have decided to be lazy and stay on board. Apparently this is where Levi Strauss was born. Levi jeans with copper studs on the pockets. Decided to get my haircut....nothing flash!
From here we leave the Danube and go through the Main-Danube-Canal for the quaint River Maine.
Sitting on the deck watching the world go by. Very narrow along this river so far. We have 32 locks to go through along this stretch of waterもっと詳しく
