Pinnacles Desert and Nambung Station

On our way, we passed the Pinnacles Dessert and of course, we had to stop here. It’s only a short drive away from the main road and a short walk from the carpark to the pinnacles.
It’s super many flies here and I really mean super many 😱😱
Super annoying as they love to fly into your face all the time. So we had to keep on moving to get at least a little bit away from them.

But otherwise, it’s such a beautiful place here! So cool to see all these pinnacles in the middle of a National Park!

After that, it was time to drive to our campground for tonight.
It’s really in the middle of nowhere. We drove over a long gravel road without seeing a single car!

But we saw kangaroos, lizards, and Carnabys cockatoos, a really endangered species and here are so many of them, everywhere! So amazing!

Our campground is on a farm and super quiet and lovely. Just a handful more people here and we had a really nice evening except for the horrible flies...Читать далее
