Temptation Sailing - Dolphin swim I

Early morning for me. Alarm was going 5:30 am. Unfortunately I didn't notice yesterday, that the camp kitchen will not open before 8 am. Shit, I have my food in the fridge there... So I had dry bread for breakfast... Awesome... At least I could cook hot water for a cup of tea with my gas cooker.
After breakfast I got ready and went to Glenelg. Today I am going to swim with dolphins 🤩
Quick check in, then we got our equipment. There are only two more swimmers on board, the rest is just watching from the boat. So we will only swim in the net in front. So we got out of the harbour and searched for some dolphins. We also found some not too long later. Due to the cloudy weather the visibility is not super good but definitely not really bad either. The team tried to find more dolphins but it wasn't easy today. Do they drive out more and more and it got more and more bumpy as the waves got more and more but it was worth it! We found another pod of dolphins and this once was really playful and funny to watch. To follow them a little while, we had to sit back in the net while driving back to the dolphins. We called it our own washing machine down there.
But it was better to stay in the water, as it was pretty cold outside.
But also this tour came to an end unfortunately.
Afterwards I went back to the campground to start to pack my stuff. Unfortunately my time here is already over and I am flying home tomorrow morning. 😕Læs mere
