Wales trip - day 5

Got up quite early after a fantastic meal last night in the Y Meirrionid hotel in Dolgellau. On arrival we had a bottle of Champagne for no other reason than we fancied one. Phil had an absolutely fantastic steak followed by an exquisite Creme Brûlée. Had a nice cooked breakfast and then did a FaceTime with Claire who is in Bangkok. Left just before 10 and hadn’t scenic drive past Lake Bala then onwards towards Birmingham where we have stopped for lunch at Lynette’s Mums.Læs mere
