House arrest - day 62

Another working day with all 3 of us in videocons and telecons for big chunks of the day. In fact Phil was pretty much in videocons from 0900 to 1730. This meant the bike ride was quite late and quite short – took out the road bike and did fastest average speed in a ride for 4 years – definitely getting fitter. Evening meal was a lovely tuna pasta bake cooked by Claire. Weather today was amazing - mid 20'sC in the afternnon.Read more
