Day 16 Darwin to Timber Creek

WOW, what a day. Started early to beat the heat and well on the road by 7am, fuelled and on the road. The first leg is a retrace of Sunday as we head out of Darwin for Katherine. Riding past Adelaide River and Pine creek (Lazy Lizard) to get a refill of fuel and Coffee. Then back on track to Timber Creek.
The road through Jadbarra/Gregory National park and over the Victoria river was amazing. Awesome roads and sights to see, but the jewel in this little crown was Timber Creek. Awaiting us was an icy pool, cool drinks and a crocodile feeding show. Followed by a Kite feeding show! I felt at home, just different birds lol.Weiterlesen
