Day trip to Colico

Today we explored the Northern part of Lake Como by taking the train to Colico. Here we took a tour of Forte Montecchio Nord, the best preserved fortress of WW1 in Europe with its fully functioning French cannons in revolving domes. We then took the ferry back to our favourite small town of Varenna for aperitifs before heading home.Читать далее
