Today we left at 7am to try and outrun a huge storm that was forecast (31.6 mm of rain, thunder and lightening) for the area. We left with our walking friends Luca and Tanja and set the cracking pace of 5.4kph to arrive at our hotel by mid-morning. I was delighted to find a beautiful pool and quickly jumped in to have a swim under the darkening skies.
