Back to my island paradise😍

After just a few hours sleep, I had to do my last few packing jobs and check out of the Airbnb, after the 4 week stay - there's always a bit more to do than you think!
As I was carefully walking down the steep road with all my luggage, a car stopped and it was my Airbnb Host, Rosa. Rosa lives a few hours drive away so I had not met her in my 4 week stay, so it was just lovely to meet in person. Her husband kindly drove me and my luggage down the hill, which was an added bonus.
It was another beautiful ferry trip back to Giglio but when I arrived the water was a bit rough, the sun was brutal and there was a strong hot wind.....the perfect excuse to take shelter in my lovely cool room and take a nap.Læs mere
