Lake Titicaca

Celebrated New Year's Eve in Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, then headed out on the lake the next morning to see the Floating Reed Islands, visit Taquile Island, and go to our homestay at a little farming village. I stayed with Ophelia, Jamal and their parents. They had a donkey named Jessica that we had to take out to graze. They also dressed us in their traditional clothing and taught us their traditional dances.Read more
