Round 1 Arcade

Today was a lot more relaxed. We were overdue for a laundry run so spent the morning washing our clothes. It took over 2 hours because the dryers were so slow so we didn't really get to explore until 11am.

First up today, we went to Round 1 Arcade which is a 7-storey gaming palace. Each floor is dedicated to a different game. We spent most of our time on the lower floors which were claw games, casino games, rhythm games, and fighting/racing games. The upper floors also had bowling, darts, table tennis, and pool, but we didn't try those.

The casino games were fun. I spent about $10 and received about 180 fake gaming tokens to "gamble" with. It's just for fun. At the end, I had way more tokens than I started with. Since I'm not a resident, there was no point in saving my coins for next time, so I just gave them all to a lady who had helped me earlier in the day.

It was actually pretty overwhelming inside. There's just too many games to choose from, and you could easily sink hours and hours at this place. Frankie stayed for about an hour then went shopping. I stayed for about 2 hours before catching up with Franks.Read more
