Gongola and Botanical Gardens

A bus trip across Christchurch to the gondola which gave us great views over Banks Peninsula and the coast. Fish and chips for lunch. Thanks for the tip Jenny. Back into Christchurch for the botanical gardens, which were extensive. Quick dip in the campsite pool then an evening of planning the next few days. Picking up the van, then Banks Peninsula coastal campsite. Then the West Coast looks better weather, so that's the plan. We won't have much WiFi so might go silent on you for a while. We will stay on basic campsites.Read more
