Leadership JourneyI saw the most beautiful thing on my flight from Denver to Indiana. A woman with a few young children (the youngest girl on her lap maybe being a year old at the most) had young boy (maybe 2) sitting next to her that had been screaming since take off. She was exhausted, barely able to keep her eyes open. This man kept looking back at the screaming and, although I thought he was getting annoyed and agitated, he finally stood up and went back to the screaming boy. A few minutes later I look in front if me, and this is what I see: a perfect stranger, helping a woman that was clearly exhausted and had her hands full. In today's day and age it's hard to know what is appropriate... I'm glad this man followed his instincts and helped this poor woman traveling with children. I'm sure his gesture made her day, if not her week!!
