NH - Our last night in NH and Maine

Staying at the Portsmouth Hotel for our last night in New Hampshire and our penultimate night of our New England Roadtrip.

With Portsmouth boasting to have the first craft brewery in New Hampshire, no doubt we have to check it out.

Portsmouth Brewery - not a very original name - brews beer since 1991. Since then over 90 craft breweries have been established in New Hampshire.
As usual we had a few tasters to help the decision making process. Must admit it's wasn't the best craft beer we had nor the nicest place to relax.
The most curious thing was that an old general turned up on his 🐎. And duly 'parked' it outside the pub 😂.

But what to do for dinner? Fancy some ribs?
Where best to go ... ah, let's just walk across the bridge to Badgers Island in Maine.

Ribs and pulled pork were very tasty, serving dishes typical American 🤷
