Chateau de Versailles

We started our day with hearty Parisian breakfast that included cheese ,croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice .Then we visited Palace of Versailles by using the metro train(L from Saint Lazare) .You can catch a bus from Rive Droit train station to Chateau de Versailles(included in train pass). At Versailles we used our museum pass to skip the lines to buy tickets . You still have to go through security though!Palace of Versailles will make you realize the grandeur of french kingdom in 1700s .
For lunch we found a great Indian restaurant -Taj Mahal which is 13 min walk from the palace and a great 3 course meal for 10.50(appetizer +entree with rice +dessert).En savoir plus
