On route to Slovenia via Graz

Well our Switzerland adventure was coming to a close but not after an early morning drive back to Zurich airport. A few inches of snow had fallen overnight (and was still falling!) so our drive was definitely an experience. Especially as a large proportion of the road through Turbach and Gstaad is only one lane of traffic!! I probably needed to get my blood pressure checked after that drive haha. We stopped at a fancy petrol station for a quick break and Ed was impressed with the chandeliers in the toilets. Well, it is Switzerland! A quick 1 hour flight to Graz, Austria where we picked up our next rental car for our drive down to Sladka Gora, Slovenia. We were greeted by some neighbours having a jam down the road, true Slovenian style! We are staying at a vineyard and the hosts met us with local cheese, homemade salami and some of their white vino (lots of it!). They are lovely people and made us feel very at home in their cottage!
