Frankfurt to Berlin

The final leg of our journey from Singapore was a 1-hour flight from Frankfurt to Berlin and then a 1-hour train ride to the hotel. We opted to take the train rather than an Uber purely because of cost - €50+ for an Uber versus €9 for the train (for both of us). Not sure it was the right decision because the train was initially packed, with standing room only, and it was very uncomfortable; however, it cleared out after the first stop.
