Sacre Coeur and Montmartre

Walked 6.37 miles total today! We went to Sacred Heart in Montmartre which I can say is one of my favorite parts of Paris. We had planned to watch the Olympic inaugural ceremony but quickly realized it wasn’t gonna be possible without game tickets, an Airbnb in the area or a restaurant reservation. So after enjoying coffee shops and marygorounds, crepes and all things Paris we went home to watch the ceremony on our own screen. I have lots of thoughts about that, but that’s another conversation.
