Christmas Day

Christmas day was a quiet one for us this year. We slept in, had a big breakfast of tropical fruits, toast and omelettes, followed by some shopping where Mike finally picked up some souvenirs for himself, and a swim at the beach. Our Christmas day ended with a nice meal of sweet and sour chicken and peanut butter honey chicken at the Pink Elephant.
