Up, Up and Away

As the song goes in my beautiful machine...only this was a Boeing 737-800. Anyway it was a lovely smooth 3 hours plus flight ✈️ from Manchester to Funchal. Our suitcases must have been stored very carefully as they were nearly the last ones on the carousel. Short 40 min transfer to out hotel 🏨 we couldn't miss it as Jayne and I were the last 2 people on the bus to be dropped off. Porto Mare Hotel seems very nice no sea view but a view of the garden which looks quite nice lit up at night. Anyway unpacked and time to head out for something to eat and sample the local beer 🍺.Weiterlesen
