Day 1 and Out and About

Leisurely walk down to the Marina and back along the promenade.
Day 1 - Arrived

Checked into our hotel the Tikada Beach.
Room is nice and big as is the bed and bathroom .
Day 2 : Walk to Souk Lhad

Original Moroccan Market Place where you can buy anything from a pair of trainers to live chickens to put in the pot!!!
Day 2 : New Friends at the Souk

Got talking to a herbalist or rather he began talking to us!!!
Telling us all about different spices and herbs, drank traditional Moroccan tea as made by the Arab-Berbers in the mountains.
Day 3 : Hazy Day

Bit of a drab hazy start, which lasted most of the day with the odd sunny interval. At least it made for a pleasant walk to the marina and back. After lunch it was reading time by the pool and then aЧитать далее

Keith EckersallHa ha you know what Jayne is like with her hair. There was a report of a slight breeze 3 hrs away in Marrakesh so that was it!! 😄😄
Day 4 : and life's a beach

1st time on the beach....
Day 4 : Before and after dinner

Day 5 : Back to the Souk

Good walk this morning back to experience the Souk again.

Back at the hotel and a quick look see around the gift shop and foyer before lunching and it wasn't a bad view to have your lunch by before going back to the beach for the afternoon 😎 🌊⛱
Day 6 : The Penultimate Day

08:00 and the beach football is already underway, before the tourists have even had breakfast. Then it's the spice man selling his wares at the hotel.
Day 6 : Walking Along the Beach

Final walk to the Marina, this time along the crowded beach full of local families enjoying a day off
Day 6 : Walk to the Kings Beach

Walking along the beach taking in the kite surfers all the way to the King's Beach where no one can venture. Finished off with Dinner and Drinkd with new friends Alan and Angela from the Cotswolds.
Day 7 : Last Day

Breakfast and then by the pool for the morning sunbathe. This is our1st time as we have always gone for a walk in the morning.

Left Stourport-on-Severn taking the A roads to the University City of Oxford. Lovely views of the Cotswolds and its quaint towns and villages during the 78 mile road trip before arriving in Oxford.

From Canary Warf it's a delightful trip into the city by Uber Water Taxi. Travelling past million pound homes in converted warehouses before arriving at the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
