• Goodbye Barcelona

    10 Jun, Sepanyol ⋅ ☁️ 73 °F

What a quick month that was. The first city in a long time that we both thought we would return. A city where all the time we turned a corner and thought “oh! I’ve never been here before”.

I think our standout were food options. There was every type of food that you could imagine one of our last meals was German Wurst. And we ate it while sitting on an outdoor sidewalk Cafe in the beautiful sunshine on yet another corner we had never seen.

I even found a Mexican restaurant that did a good burrito. I had Thai food and of course paella.

It was a bit warm, but I’m not sure if that was a product of our apartment as we didn’t get any clear breezes through it due to its position facing a courtyard but perhaps given the right location even the heat would not have been so oppressive

During the time we were there, it also rained and hailed, it was in the 90s and it was 85% humidity so it would seem that during our month, I think we got all the seasons that Barcelona had to offer.

And result a lovely visit for a month but I don’t think I’d move there permanently.
