Highest point?

So we climbed two peaks that claim to be the highest point on the camino. One is Cruz Ferro and the other is Pena de la Escorpia. Cruz Ferro is the place where pilgrims come with rocks or mementos from their home country to leave there. I brought a Petoskey Stone I picked up from my last visit to my mother's house near Alden, Michigan. This is the traditional place that is considered the highest.
The geographic highest point was the next peak, Pena de la Escorpia. But it wasn't marked, so we guessed we had passed it about this point.Read more
